As stated last week, too many individuals are elected to local office to use the role to enhance their own status and agenda. This mentality is wrong; we need Councillors to serve the community first, and focus on their needs, alongside good governance, above all else. If I were to be elected to be your County Councillor in May, what would you like me to take forward to the County Council and connected local authorities to represent you?
